Les Brasseurs ont le plaisir de vous convier aux expositions :

- Even a stopped clock is right two times a day, projet collectif mettant en résonance les pratiques de Jan Duerinck et Bram Van Breda, artistes plasticiens, et de Gerlinde Van Puymbroeck, doctorante en philosophie à la VUB.

- La déchirure du même d'Alexane Sanchez en Vitrine Jeune Artiste. 

Bien que nous redoutions la répétition, celle-ci donne un sens a nos actions, à nos relations et est fondamentale dans la manière dont nous nous engageons avec les autres, avec notre environnement. "Even a stopped clock is right two times a day" explore l'espace prenant forme à l'intérieur de cette boucle, où les significations et interprétations existantes évoluent en échos. L'exposition se déploie comme un lieu collectif en constante mutation, où le langage devient sculpture, la sculpture devient mur, les murs deviennent images, les images deviennent l'espace et l'espace devient parole. Vernissage en présence des artistes le 23 avril 2022 à partir de 18h.
L'exposition sera accessible du 27 avril au 21 mai, du mercredi au samedi, de 14h à 18h et sur rendez-vous.
L'installation en Vitrine Jeune Artiste reste visible jour et nuit.

As much as we fear repetition, it gives meaning to our actions, relations, and is fundamental for how we engage with others, our surroundings. Even a stopped clock is right two times a day explores the open space taking shape within this loop, where existing meanings and interpretations become echoes. This exhibition deploys as a collective place of constant becoming where language becomes sculpture, sculpture becomes wall, walls become images, images become space and space becomes speech. (...)

Opening in the presence of the artists on April 23rd 2022 from 6pm.
The exhibition will be accessible from April 27th to May 21st, from Wednesday to Saturday, 2-6pm, and by appointment. 
The installation in the Young Artist Glassbox remains visible day and night.
