In my work, I draw inspiration from the images that punctuate our daily lives and blend them with timeless references from art history. My approach is a constant dialogue between past and present, where a classical portrait can be reflected in a contemporary street scene.

This visual exploration seeks to question our relationship to representation, light and posture. Through a variety of techniques - engraving, drawing and painting - my works become a meeting place between the timeless and the instantaneous.
