Editorial and curatorial concept, EX.PDF [EX.Portable Document Format] explores some already publicly exhibited forms of writings in urban, editorial or artistic settings. Linked to contemporary practices, EX.PDF presents a set of images gathered in a portfolio. Published in 15 copies and closely related to the « Do It » principle, it aims to develop through several exhibitions driven by different curators in different exhibition spaces. By its exponential way, EX.PDF assembled more than 40 propositions - sketches, textual fragments, exhibition views, informative photos, blacked out elements, and so on - that peculiarly highlight, related to each context, the impact of the meaning of these (re)exhibited forms of writing.

This project is developed in partnership with CELLAM (Centre d’Etudes des Langues et Littératures Anciennes et Modernes de l’université Rennes 2), part of the EX2 project, and labelled by MSHB (Maison des Sciences de l’Homme en Bretagne).
